Peter's career spans a broad range of property-related investment activities including listed and direct property investment, property development, and property finance. As ex-Head of Property at Ninety One Asset Management, he was responsible for managing a range of teams and portfolios, focused on both the South African and global property markets.
Peter is a CFA charter holder and has an honour's degree in Property from the University of Cape Town and a master's degree from the University of Cambridge. He also serves on the Africa Proptech Forum advisory board and the South African Property Owners' Association Proptech sub-committee.

He led the Real Estate Advisory business for Standard Bank’s Investment Banking division and previously formed part of the real estate advisory team for Stifel Nicholas Europe. His expertise covers the full breadth of corporate activity including equity fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, public market listings and debt restructurings.
Matt holds an honour's degree in Finance from the University of Cape Town. He is also a charter holder with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA).
